Planning Poker, in Quokka style!

Tap a card

Pick a card. We'll do the maths.

Eight cards, one estimate, zero spreadsheet wrangling. This is what your team sees.

How it works

Three steps. No PhD required.

  1. 01

    Round up the team

Drop the link in your standup channel. Anyone joins, anonymously or signed in.

  2. 02

    Vote blind

Everyone picks a card at the same time. No anchoring on the loudest voice in the room.

  3. 03

    Reveal & agree

Cards flip together. We show the consensus and where the disagreement lives. You ship.

Why Quokka

Quokkas are the happiest animal on Earth.

Your sprint planning shouldn't be the saddest meeting of your week. We took the most boring ritual on the agile calendar and put a smiling marsupial in the middle of it. The estimates are still real. The vibes are better.

Yes, the mascot is from Rottnest Island. Yes, we're Australian about it.

Clear consensus at a glance

Skip the squinting. We surface the recommended estimate, where you're aligned, and the one outlier you should talk to.

Built on the Stacey Matrix

Time, complexity, and unknowns get their own dimension. The framework's right there in the app, not buried in a Confluence page from 2019.

What's different

Side by side

Most planning-poker tools

  • Sterile UI, no personality
  • Endless config, six decks, twelve toggles
  • Estimation in a vacuum

ShakaShuffle

  • A quokka deck that your team actually wants to open
  • One opinionated Fibonacci deck. That's the whole point.
  • An estimation framework article right inside the app

Frequently asked

The questions everyone asks

Do I need to sign up to try it?
No. Hit "Try Interactive Demo" up top and you're playing with cards in about three seconds. Sign up only when you want to keep your sessions.
Does it work for async / non-real-time teams?
Yes. Sessions stay open. Teammates can vote when they're online. The reveal happens when the facilitator says so, not when everyone's screen is awake at once.
Can I bring my own deck?
No, and we like it that way. One opinionated Fibonacci deck (1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, ?, ☕). Less to argue about, more to estimate.
Is it free?
Free during beta. When billing lands, anything you've already created stays available.
Where's my data stored?
Supabase Postgres in the EU. We don't sell, share, or train on your tickets. Sessions you mark public are visible by their share link only — no search engine indexing.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The voting flow is built mobile-first. The desktop layout is just the same UI with more room.

Ready when you are

Make your next planning meeting the best part of the sprint.

Your team will thank you. The quokka already does.
